Satara, Maharashtra – As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, Green Elephant Group organised a plantation activity at our Satara project site.

During the drive, our team successfully planted 120 plants, including both small saplings and larger trees. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the green cover around our facility, improving local biodiversity, and contributing to a healthier ecosystem for the community.

Satara, Maharashtra – Green Elephant Group, in collaboration with Kisan Veer Sugar Factory, successfully organised a seminar focused on opportunities and advancements in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) sector.

The event brought together industry stakeholders, farmers, and technology providers to discuss the role of biogas in India’s clean energy transition and the importance of agro-industrial partnerships in scaling renewable gas production.

The seminar was graced by Mr. Jagdale, Director, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), who attended as the Chief Guest. In his address, Mr. Jagdale highlighted the Government of India’s commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions under the SATAT program, and appreciated the collaborative efforts between sugar factories and technology developers like Green Elephant.
