Our Flagship: Satara, Bhuinj
Commissioned in 2013 as India’s first Compressed Biogas plant, our Satara facility converts 600 tonnes of sugar industry waste per day into 26,000 m³ of biogas — upgraded to 12,000 Nm³ of high-purity CBG daily.
Today it supplies 7,500 kg of CBG per day to GAIL and BPCL under the CGD Synchronization Scheme, with long-term industrial offtake alongside.

Engineered For Purity
Our gas upgradation delivers biomethane purity above 96% with ultra-low moisture — reducing H₂S from inlet levels as high as 35,000–40,000 ppm to below 5 ppm. Built for continuous operation across diverse organic feedstocks.
How It Works
Organic waste is fed into our anaerobic digesters, where bacteria break it down into raw biogas. The gas is purified and compressed into CBG — ready for the grid or vehicle fuel — while the residue becomes organic fertilizer. Biologix monitors it all in real time.
