Dr. Felix-Michael Weber - Chairman
Dr. Weber is the founder and Managing Director of Elephant Equity GmbH a German-Indian Investment Company. He has extensive experience in Indo-German transactions and the commercialisation of new business in India and is co-founder of Green Elephant. Dr. Weber previously worked as Analyst for a leading financial advisory firm consulting on corporate finance. Dr. Weber holds a magna cum laude doctoral degree in Economics from the Centre of Corporate Governance and Finance at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany and a degree in business administration from the Catholic University in Eichstätt, Germany, Grand Ecole de Haute Etudes (EDHEC), France and Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Dipl. - Ing. Hans Hammer
Hans Hammer, Chief Executive of Hammer Group, Munich, Germany is supporting Green Elephant Group since 2009 and invested in early stage. He studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich and earned the Master of Business Administration at INSEAD in Fontainebleau / France. In 1990 he began his work in the real estate sector and in 1998 took over the management of the Hammer Group. Since 2002 he has been the CEO of Hammer AG. Mr. Hammer also holds the office of Honorary Consul of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka for Bavaria, is Vice President of the Economic Advisory Council of Bavaria and Treasurer of the Party CSU in Munich.
Dipl. - Ing. Herbert F. Kroll
Herbert F. Kroll is supporting Green Elephant Group since 2009. He holds a diploma of engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from University of Bremen and has spent the majority of his career in senior management positions in the Indian operations of European companies. From 1974 to 1995 he worked for Robert Bosch GmbH and from 1988 on he was Managing Director of Mico-Bosch (Pvt) Limited, the Bosch joint venture operation in India with 12,000 employees. Twice he was President of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai. From 1995 to 2000 he was joint Managing Director of Schlafhorst Engg, a company manufacturing and distributing machinery for the textile industry in India and until 1997 served as Deputy Chairman of Roland Berger Consultants in India.
Nawshir D. Khurody
Nawshir D. Khurody is supporting Green Elephant Group since 2015. He holds a MA degree from Trinity College, Cambridge, UK in 1958 and worked till his retirement in October 2011 within the Tata Group of Companies as an officer of the Tata Administrative Services. Over 4 decades he worked in the tea, engineering and pharmaceutical interests of the Group, ending as the Managing Director of Voltas Limited, a public company listed on the Indian stock exchange. Subsequently, he served on several Boards as an independent director and took up assignments on innovation, covering organisation development, strategic planning and human resource guidance.
Karl Khevenhueller - Metsch
Karl Khevenhueller, Founding Director of Luz de Viento S.L. and is supporting Green Elephant Group since 2017. He studied agricultural in Austria and has has many years of experience in international business relations, in particular in trade in agricultural products in Spain, Latin America and the future members of the European Community. He founded Luz de Viento S.L. a developer of Wind Power projects across Europe in 2000. He has build owned and operated several wind farms in Austria, Spain and the UK.
Peter G. Klose
Peter G. Klose, Partner and Founding Director of MADAUS Capital Partners is supporting Green Elephant Group since 2011 and invested in early stage. He studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, In 2001 he started working in the corporate legal department of Allianz Global Investors AG with focus on compliance and investment, banking and stock exchange law. In 2003 he became founding partner and currently managing partner of MADAUS Capital Partners and active in the area of asset structure consulting for large private family assets as well as in the structuring and initiation of club and co-investments in illiquid asset classes. As part of advisory board mandates, he supports three unlisted corporate groups from the health, food sectors and Green Elephant.
Dr. Nicolaus Prinz Sayn-Wittgenstein
Dr. Nicolaus Prinz Sayn-Wittgenstein has an entrepreneurial background in corporate finance and commodities. Prior to Co-founding Green Elephant he was consultant advising on mergers & acquisitions. Before he was Director of a company active timber industry. Dr. zu Sayn-Wittgenstein holds a doctoral degree in Economics from the Georg-August-University Göttingen, Germany and an upper second honours degree in business administration from the Catholic University in Eichstätt, Germany. Dr. zu Sayn-Wittgenstein is based in India and Director of Green Elephant´s operations as well director for Green Elephant´s consulting activities.

Bhim Dev Scherz - Managing Director (GEE)
Bhim Dev Scherz is currently the Managing Director , at Green Elephant Engineering Pvt. Ltd. He has successfully completed basic and advanced mountaineering courses from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (ABVIMAS), Manali and has also been awarded the Clean Himalaya Award from the institution. An avid nature lover, he is working towards creating a clean environment since 2013 when he had started working with a European wind power developer, Luz De Viento S.L. He has been involved in the renewable sector, along with the Green Elephant Group, since 2013 and has helped to develop the recycling scenario in India. Getting into a project and cultivating an environment fruitful enough for it to grow from a bud to a tree is what he specialises in. Creating opportunities for wind farm development and a shift from non-renewable resources to more economical and environment friendly options like biogas is his prime focus
